Depression Therapy
Have you been feeling sad and empty, lacking in motivation, fixated on guilty thoughts and past mistakes? Are you finding yourself unable to get any pleasure out the things you used to love? Depression can also disrupt basic bodily functions such as sleep, energy and appetite. From this place, it can be difficult to reach out for help. You are not alone. I have walked with many clients on the journey out of this dark place. My therapeutic style is collaborative and tailored to my clients’ specific needs. I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as mindfulness skills when I develop a treatment plan for folks suffering with depression. I believe in helping people connect with their deepest core values, in the service of living an authentic, meaning filled life.
