How will I know if you are the right therapist for me?
I believe that the client/therapist relationship, rooted in mutual trust and collaboration, is a central component of healing. How does online therapy or telehealth work?
All therapy sessions are conducted via a secure and easy-to-use telehealth platform. SimplePractice, LLC is my practice management software for scheduling, case management, teletherapy, and documentation. The platform uses a HIPAA-compliant software, which ensures your information is secure.
What are your fees?
Individual Therapy for Adults - 55 minutes - $275.00
Couple Therapy - 75 minutes - $325.00
Group Therapy - 90 minutes - $100.00
Sliding Scale/Low Fee
In order to promote equity and access in my practice, I have set aside a limited number of sliding scale/low fee slots for BIPOC individuals and people from presently and historically marginalized groups to apply for sliding scale/scholarship slots.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance and am considered an “out of network” provider for most PPO plans. Fees are due at the time of service and I will provide you with a “superbill” receipt that allows for you to submit for reimbursement by your insurance company.
What is your cancellation policy?
I request that you provide 24 hours notice of cancellation and will collect the session fee for last minute cancellations or no shows. Exceptions are made in cases of emergency or illness.
